1. Data We Collect

We collect: server ID, user ID, username, avatar, and server settings. Ticket-channel messages are stored for transcripts and auto-deleted 30 days after close. Other messages are processed in real time and not stored. Our website server also records standard access logs, including IP address, to operate and protect the site.

2. How We Use Data

We use data only to operate bot services. We do not sell or share your data.

A Twitch streamer can choose to publish their channel's leaderboard as a public web page. When they do, the display names of that channel's top viewers, along with their watch time, attendance streak, XP level and game points, become visible to anyone with the link. The board is on by default for every channel running the bot, the broadcaster can switch it off from their dashboard, and any viewer can remove themselves at any time by typing !hideme in that channel's chat — which records only their name so we know to leave them out, and is undone with !showme. Removing yourself hides you from the page; it does not stop your own level or watch time from counting in chat.

3. Data Storage

Data is stored securely on our servers with encrypted connections.

4. Data Deletion

When you remove the bot from your server, you can request deletion of all your data through our Discord support server or our support desk. Daily statistics are automatically deleted after 90 days. Website access logs rotate automatically and the oldest entries are continuously deleted; they are not retained long-term.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and language preferences only.

6. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time through our Discord support server or our support desk.

7. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. We will announce significant changes in our Discord support server.

8. Contact

For any privacy questions, contact us through our Discord support server or our support desk.
